Presentation

Installed in the middle of the 19th century on the island of the Impressionists in Chatou, the Fournaise house is a former guinguette-hotel. It now houses a restaurant and a museum which preserves collections on the history of the site and canoeing, one of the first modern leisure activities on the water: it was the meeting place for artists and boaters.
Commented presentation of the hamlet and its history, of the collection of boats of the Sequana association followed by the free visit of the exhibition "Renoir, the immersive experience" at the Fournaise museum. The opportunity to meet the painter's hologram!!
